I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff went out of their way to return my forgotten earphones, showcasing exceptional customer service. the room was immaculate with a sink area stocked with free toiletries, an electric kettle for convenience, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. the plush carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room, and the Insieme Restaurant located just a short distance away offered exquisite dining options. Overall, my stay at the Longstone House Hotel far exceeded my expectations with its attention to detail and exceptional amenities, making it a truly memorable experience.
